Join Fahad Raza for one-hour live training sessions daily for 30 days. These sessions are designed to boost your endurance, improve your strength, and develop a focused mindset.

Nutrition Guidance

Important: We recruit individuals who are determined and prepared to stay consistent, After enrollment, Fahad will personally interview each participant to ensure a good fit. If it’s not the right match, you’ll receive a full refund.
This program is for beginners or people with no prior experience of general fitness. It is based on bodyweight workouts, as per individuals’ and groups’ current conditions and goals.
Also, the group has to hit a certain number of individuals before commencement so you might have to wait accordingly. In the meantime, all other formalities will be taken care of
