This program is for beginners or people with no prior experience of general fitness. It is based on bodyweight workouts, as per individuals’ and groups’ current conditions and goals.

Also, the group has to hit a certain number of individuals before commencement so you might have to wait accordingly. In the meantime, all other formalities will be taken care of
