Why This Talk?
As a corporate sales professional turned fitness coach, I understand the unique demands of a fast-paced professional life. I’ve walked the same path, and through my personal transformation, I’ve developed a framework that resonates deeply with busy individuals who often neglect their health. This talk isn’t just about fitness—it’s about reshaping perspectives and igniting sustainable change.
What I like most about talking to busy workaholics is that it’s just like talking to my 10 years younger version that was confused. He didn’t know how to juggle busy days with workouts, nutrition and recovery that could keep him going without crash or loss of interest.

The finding is simple: It’s a lifelong process that never ends. I sold for my employer and hit and exceeded targets. Got pat on my back but nobody ever said: ‘Great work Fahad! Take a month off and enjoy the fruits of your labor’, I’m sure no progressive individual has ever heard that, then why do we keep expecting it?
Why do we keep expecting that the time will come when we are happily working out and fighting git?
Neither work, nor physical fitness is chore or uphill task that is supposed to suck energy out of our systems but it’s the thought process that needs to be fixed to make fitness not a part of our lives but mainstay of everything we do to improve quality of our lives.
This is what Fahad aims to do in this 2 hour session engaging the audiences to make sure when they leave the hall, they are mentally ready not to get fit but to tread on the path of fitness that has no destination but improvement every now and then.
